This Calendar by Month view shows all events occurring for the selected month. The event title will appear on the calendar underneath the day they will occur. By positioning the cursor over the bullet in front of the event title a brief description will be displayed. For more details on a particular event, such as when the event will take place and where the event will be located, click on the title to get to the Event Display view.
Select Sponsor for Monthly View- The calendar can be displayed by events for a selected sponsor. To do so, make a selection from the sponsor drop down list and click the Select button. If you want to switch to a different Sponsor, you must again make a selection from the sponsor drop down list and click the Select button.
The view for Month and Year can be changed for ALL Sponsors or select a Sponsor and then view the events for that sponsor by month and year. The heading will display the selected Sponsor.
View Day - This link will take you to the Calendar by Day view.
View Current Week - Clicking on this link will take you to the Calendar by Week view.
Month or Year Selection - To view a prior month or prior year click the left arrow at the beginning of the date heading. Clicking on the right arrow after the date heading will display all upcoming events for the next month or next year.
Note: The "Select Sponsor" only applies to the "Monthly View or the "Annual View". If you select "View Day" or "View Week" events, when you return to the Monthly View, the Sponsor selection will default to ALL Sponsors. (The Sponsor Heading will then say, "Events For All Sponsors".)
