The airport is attended days and night security is on duty all nights. Gnoss Field CTAF is 123.075 mhz. Fuel is offered by concession (DT Group LLC) in both 100LL and Jet A grades.

As the nearest uncongested general aviation facility to San Francisco and the North Bay wine country, Gnoss is a popular destination for business and pleasure pilots.

The airport consists of 120 acres and is home base to over 295 aircraft, from small singles to corporate.

DPW manages the airport and pursues continuous improvements to the facility. Aviation Commission meetings are held in the Airport Lobby on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00 PM. The airport is equipped with an AWOS III, accessible to pilots on for present weather advisories.

The future project of highest priority is the possible runway/taxiway extension of 1100' pending environmental review and FAA funding.
