The retired history teacher, and owner of the Mountain Shop
in Kentfield, Mary tells the story of the West Point Inn on Mount Tamalpais.
Mary has served the Inn as a board member and a volunteer. She describes
memorable events at the Inn, such as: work parties; Christmas and other
holidays; and her three-day ordeal where she was trapped at the Inn during
the 1982 winter storm. She discusses improvements to the lodge and cabins,
and concludes her story with goals for the future, and possible fund-raisers
