Harrison Dibblee Jr. (1899-1986)
Interview date: January 13, 1975
Harrison Dibblee Jr. Harrison was a descendant of Albert Dibblee who came to Marin in the 1860s and bought large land holdings from James Ross. Harrison describes his grandfather’s 75 acre Ross estate, Fernhill, his family’s business enterprises in Santa Barbara and life in West Marin and early Bolinas. Anne T. Kent joins Harrison Dibblee in these reminiscences of early Marin. This interview was recorded at Anne’s home.
