| PURPOSE/DUTIES: To advise the Board of Supervisors on all matters pertaining to fish and game propagation, habitat, and conservation and to recommend expenditures from the County's fish and wildlife propagation fund pursuant to California Fish and Game Code Section 13100. |

| QUALIFICATIONS: All regular members must have been residents of Marin County for at least the previous six months. At least one member, but not more than two, of the Commissioners shall represent each of the following areas of expertise, specialized interest and experience: sport fishing, commercial fishing, hunting and conservation. |

| NUMBER OF MEMBERS: Seven plus one ex-officio member |

| REIMBURSEMENTS FOR EXPENSES/PER DIEM: None authorized. |
