Bids are invited for the property and must be mailed to the Estate of Jamie Gray, c/o Public Administrator’s Office, P.O. Box 4220, Civic Center Branch, San Rafael, CA 94913 or must be hand delivered to the Public Administrator’s Office, Room 209, Civic Center, San Rafael, CA.  Bid forms may be obtained from the Office of the Public Administrator, or by clicking here.

IMPORTANT:  All sales of one hundred dollars or more are subject to confirmation by the Superior Court.  Bids must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) deposit, by cashier’s check or cash, at the time of the sale.  Balance to be paid in cash or cashier’s check.  All sales under one hundred dollars must be paid in full at time of sale.

THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR SHALL RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL BIDS.
