SCHEDULE OF ELECTION NIGHT RESULTS REPORTING

June 5, 2012 Presidential Primary Election

Results will be posted to the Elections Department website as follows:

· Results of the vote-by-mail ballots returned before June 5 will be available shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Election Night .

· The first report from the polls will be at approximately 9:45 p.m. election night.

· Results will be updated approximately every ½ hour thereafter until all ballots are returned from the polls (approximately 11:00 p.m.)

· Results will be updated every Friday by 5:00 p.m., and will be posted to the ROV website.
