Frankly Speaking is a quarterly publication. It is published for and by the Marin County employees. It is a publication primarily intended for internal communication. It does not include political activity or issues related to labor disputes and grievances.

Beginning with the Fourth Quarter 2001 issue, the publication is available online to the general public. We hope that you will find our publication of interest.
