Supervisor Susan Adams and San Rafael Police Officer  Joel Fay, Ph.D.

Supervisor Adams presented a proclamation from the Board of Supervisors recognizing September as Recovery Month. 

Officer Joel Fay spoke about the STAR program and the need for law enforcement to work cooperatively with treatment providers.

There was plenty of fun on hand for young people – with face painting, balloon artists and lots of crafts to encourage creative expression!
