The purpose of this RFP is to provide outpatient treatment services for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions for Women and Women with Children. It is expected that 75 women without children and 75 women with children (up to 18 years) will be served over the two-year project period. It is the expectation that at least 25% of the clients will be eligible—and will access—Medi-Cal, Partnership HealthPlan, or CMSP/Path2Health.
