90 Degrees = High
85 Degrees = Moderate
Relative Humidity Criteria:
15 Percent = Very High
25 Percent = High
40 Percent = Moderate
Wind Criteria:
15 miles per hour = Very High
10 miles per hour = High
8 miles per hour = Moderate
