This is a large document and is recommended for broadband users only.
The document is comprised of the Single-family Residential Design Guidelines and a separate Appendices. Both documents can be downloaded from this page. Both documents are also available for purchase at the Community Development Agency for $20.00.

To navigate through text:
After clicking on the link above, use the Hand Tool button to click on the
text in the blue boxes to go to a section. Then, navigate within each section by clicking on
the links in the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
To navigate from the Appendices:
To return to text after viewing the maps, click on the Back Arrow button
(Previous View) on the toolbar at the top or the bottom of the screen or click on the
"Table of Contents" link in the navigation pane.
