PROPDEV is a series of surveys of proposed development projects in Marin County (including cities). The survey provides information on all projects which include at least five residential units or 5,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, or institutional space. The PROPDEV file includes information such as location, project sponsor, acreage, zoning, square feet of improvements, and status of application. The information in PROPDEV is obtained from County planning staff and planning departments in Marin cities and towns through a survey conducted twice a year. Hard copies of the report or a database version on diskette are available for purchase for $40.00 the Community Development Agency Public Counter. Diskette requests are processed on an as-needed basis, so please allow two business days to prepare the diskettes.
