Marin County Development and Interim Zoning/Subdivision Code
Please Note: The Marin County Development Code is undergoing reorganization and revision. The amendments have been scheduled for consideration by the Marin County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing on January 24, 2012. A Board letter and draft ordinance will be made available for public review on the Board of Supervisor's page. The amended Code will likely take effect late February 2012. Refer to Title 22 - Development Code for zoning and subdivision regulations for parcels NOT in the Coastal Zone. The subdivision regulations contained in the Development Code apply to properties in the M-3 District.
Refer to Title 22 ZONING (INTERIM) and Title 20 SUBDIVISIONS (INTERIM) for zoning and subdivision regulations for parcels in the Coastal Zone. Title 22 ZONING (INTERIM) should also be consulted for zoning regulations pertaining to the M-3 District.
