The District includes the City of Novato and the unincorporated areas of Bel Marin Keys, Loma Verde, Black Point, Green Point and Indian Valley - with the exception of some areas of Western Novato, which are represented by Steve Kinsey. Novato is a vital community that cares about issues and the people they affect. Serving this diverse and active community is a joy.
