About the BOS Meeting Archive

Introduction

The Meeting Archive is list of all public Board of Supervisors meetings held per year. You may select the year using the above menu, or on the Meeting Archives pages. For each meeting date, you may select "View Event" to see a summary of the event which includes the date, time, and location of the meeting, and also includes links to text agenda, minutes, and CyberAgenda of that meeting, if available.

The Meeting Archive page may be accessed from the Board of Supervisor's Home Page, by using the "Meeting Archive" link offered on that page, or by doing a keyword search using the word "Archive".

Minutes and Agendas

An archive of the text files of minutes and agendas for the Marin County Board of Supervisors is available from 1995 to the current date. As soon possible as new minutes or agendas are approved, they are added to this site.

CyberAgendas

CyberAgendas are pages which are the meeting agendas, with links to the written materials related to each agenda item, in Adobe (.pdf) format. CyberAgendas are available on the Meeting Archives beginning in July of 2002. The CyberAgenda for each regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors is available by the Friday preceding the Tuesday meeting. You have the option of subscribing to the CyberAgenda, so that you are notified as soon as the new version is published.

Audio Files for full Board Meetings

An archive of the audio files for the full morning and afternoon board meetings are also available, beginning in late August of 2002. Those sound files are streamed in mp3 format. The audio files for the full meetings are generally available by the Thursday following the board meeting.

Audio Files for Board Meetings by Agenda Item

The archive of audio files for board meetings also include sound files by agenda item, beginning in January of 2003. Those sound files are also in mp3 format and are generally available by the Friday following the board meeting.
