FY 2010 - 11 Proposed Budget
The County of Marin's FY 2010-11 Proposed Budget is available below to download as a PDF file (requires Adobe Reader for viewing). Please note that the Proposed Budget document is a large file and takes time to download. Individual sections of the Proposed Budget document are also available below to download.

The Proposed Budget represents the County's spending plan for the coming fiscal year as well as an annual work plan based on countywide priorities. It also serves as a tool to inform the community about County government. The FY 2010-11 Proposed Budget includes detailed information about County services and the County's finances, and provides an overall statistical profile of Marin County. Summary information about each department's most important goals and initiatives is also included in the Proposed Budget. The FY 2010-11 Budget-in-Brief will be available later this summer, after adoption of the Final FY 2010-11 County Budget, and will provide a high level overview of the Final Budget.

On June 22, 2010, the Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of the Proposed Budget as an interim spending plan for the new fiscal year that begins on July 1. Prior to officially adopting a final budget for FY 2010-11, the Board will hold public hearings beginning on Monday July 26, 2010 in the Board chambers, located in Room 330 at the Marin County Civic Center in San Rafael.
