NOTICE  IS  GIVEN that President Steve Kinsey, Marin County  Board  of
Supervisors, has called a special meeting of the Marin County Board of
Supervisors on Thursday, December 16, 2004, to be held at 9:00 a.m. in
the Room 324 A, Civic Center, San Rafael, California.

The  business  to be transacted at the special meeting consists  of  2
